Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for talented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to become a pivotal part of our sales force. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, a knack for communication, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Make 150 daily calls to generate new leads and set up demos.

Partnership Building: Work closely with our sales executive team to develop and nurture potential customer relationships.

Communication: Utilize exceptional communication skills to engage and excite potential users about our product.

Innovation: Think creatively to develop new lead generation methods and sales strategies.

Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market needs and identify new leads.

Product Training: Gain an in-depth understanding of our property management software to communicate its value to prospects effectively.

Prospect Engagement: Be the first point of contact for new business prospects, determining the next steps and setting appointments.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside the sales team to bring innovative ideas to weekly meetings.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

- Proven sales experience.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.

- Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS market and/or property management software or the ability to quickly learn new software.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the desire to learn and connect with new prospects.

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a competitive environment.

- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Gong is a plus.

- Basic property management experience is beneficial.
