We are expanding our marketing presence and looking for a creative Social Media Manager who enjoys storytelling, content creation, and engaging with the property management community.
Role Overview
ManageCasa is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage our daily social media presence and create engaging content. This role focuses on daily posting, graphic creation, and short-form video content related to property management, HOA management, and industry insights.
We are looking for someone based in San Francisco who can occasionally film content in our San Francisco office and collaborate with the team.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Create and publish daily posts across:
Instagram
LinkedIn
X (Twitter)
Maintain consistent ManageCasa brand voice and visual style
Repurpose blog articles, product updates, and marketing content into social media posts
Content Creation
Design graphics and social media cards related to:
Property management tips
HOA management insights
Industry trends
ManageCasa product features
Turn product features, blog articles, and webinars into engaging social media content
Short-Form Video Creation
Create short-form video content for:
LinkedIn
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts
Film on-camera content in our San Francisco office as needed
Edit videos including captions, hooks, and light graphics
Develop creative video ideas aligned with industry trends
Community Engagement
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages
Follow up with potential users who reach out through social media
Coordinate with the sales team when leads request demos or product information
Marketing Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging
Develop new content ideas aligned with industry trends
Help grow ManageCasa’s brand awareness and social engagement
Requirements
Experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
Ability to create daily content and maintain a consistent posting schedule
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar)
Video editing experience for short-form content
Strong writing skills for social media posts
Based in or near San Francisco
Preferred Skills
Experience with B2B SaaS marketing
Familiarity with property management or real estate
Experience creating Reels, Shorts, or social video
Comfortable appearing on camera
Work Schedule
Part-time: 3–4 hours per day
Flexible schedule with daily posting and monitoring
Compensation
$20 – $25 per hour, depending on experience level
